After thirteen years working in my trade as a carpenter joiner constructing homes and eleven years managing construction and delivery I felt it was time to head my own company and as a result I founded Haus Building Services and Schon Haus P/L .Over these years I have been heavily involved delivering portions of housing across various new subdivisions and estates across the Sydney metropolitan area . The value of these works range from $1.3 mil to $9.2mil , single story two story and three story part subterranean products , subdivision and civil infrastructure works .
Together with our team we are able to advise and design homes to your requirements , provide workable solutions to maximise yields on subdivisions through adaptability to designs whilst considering building and siting requirements applicable to local government and development guidelines . Our team brings a wealth of experience harnessed through years of work in diverse building disciplines .
